Tracy_Baldwin001An award-winning, strategic and creative communications professional, Tracy Baldwin founded Flow Marketing Communications, Inc. in 2011. She specializes in creating integrated marketing programs for her clients, leveraging her background in public relations, digital marketing, and social media. Her expertise includes working with some of the nation’s best known consumer brands, as well as not-for-profit associations and education organizations.

Tracy believes that when you execute a communications program across multiple channels with a unified message and successfully engage the target audience to achieve an intended behavior—you have flow. In order to achieve flow, Tracy partners with her clients to immerse herself in their business and industry, and their target audience. She embraces creativity and innovation when designing a strategic communications plan, and integrates as much as possible with other marketing disciplines to meet desired business objectives.

Tracy aims to provide exceptional client service. She has the unique perspective of working both at top international agencies, on the client side and on her own–embedded as a consultant or as a contractor.
